Best Concealers For Flawless Skin | The Lillee Edit | Lillee Jean Beauty 2022
What concealer brand is the best? Which concealers work the best? These questions always arise for me every 6 months when I go through my product inventory to see which products are expired, and which need to be swapped (refilled). There are however many that stand out, as being the perfect concealers! Find out what are my top 4 favorite concealers, and when to use them!
1. Best Concealer: Chanel Correctuer Concealer
If you're seeking the best overall concealer, look no further than the Chanel Correctuer line! Creamy, dreamy, and glowy all in one. Being someone with dry skin, I find it very important to find a concealer that yields three STABLE things: hydration, plumping effects, and a good shade match (the wrong one can emphasize dryness terribly). This one not only photographs well, but also makes my under-eye area look hydrated, and not terribly cakey.
2. Best Concealer For Dryness: Maybelline Fit Me! Concealer
Maybelline did well with their Fit Me Line! I for one, LOVE their Fit Me concealer. The product is a bit thicker than Chanel's Correctuer line, but nonetheless, smooth. It blends over dryness effortlessly, and provides an excellent shade match!
3. Best Concealer For Full Coverage (non-cakey): Milk Makeup Future Fluid Concealer
Milk Cosmetics just came out with their Future Fluid line, and 4N is excellent! The coverage is medium to full, but, very buildable, and extremely creamy. In fact, you probably need less than you'd normally use with this product! Compared to the Tarte Shape Tape, this one provides a smidge more hydration! Both, however, are great options.
4. Best Concealer For Natural Look: Nars Radiant Concealer
Nars always has been amazing when it comes to complexion products! For an all-over natural look, which I define as skin that looks like skin, their radiant concealer, is the best. Soft, dewy, not too much! Just like skin! As someone with dry skin, the hunt for a good concealer is quite difficult. Nars', however, provides an everyday go-to option that is a bit thicker than the Chanel, but blends out just as pretty!
