Flirty & Soft Princess Pink Makeup Tutorial

Happy New Year my loves! Instead of boring you all with a huge essay of “how-to’s”, I shall give brief descriptions of each product used, sorta’ like how I did a few weeks back with my Coral Reef makeup look. If you just are way tooooo lazy reading wise after partying all night, below is a short video tutorial on how to achieve this flirty look, too! Hope you all enjoy, and had an AMAZING night :)! Let’s make 2017 the best year ever.

Do be noted, as a disclaimer, ALL products were purchased with my own money, anything stated below is MY opinion, and all photos are raw, with minor touch ups of a lighting change, sharpness enhancement or a saturation enhancement. These factors DO NOT physically change the construct of each photo, they make it so you loves can see em’ clearly! Acts of “blurring” are NEVER done. Skin, is skin. If my makeup is not up to par on the lens, then it is not something I shall introduce to you beauties, though this has never, and will be never the case. Information stated below is both cited, and from my own studies. NOTHING has been copied, everything is my ideas, or shared concepts.

To not include imagery of FALSE advertisement my skin type is dry/senstive, and any redness, or scabs happen to be hives from sadly…my nerves. With that being said, product recommendations, and your ability to relate might fluctuation, so feel free to ALWAYS ask me questions, this way you don’t end up spending money on the wrong items (for example, I use coconut oil as a base to sooth my hives, but for others this can be too oily, and NOT affective in curing one’s acne, in which I don’t have. Hives come, and go, and can sometimes last only 3 hours, so again, always ask before actually investing in products).

Time to complete this tutorial: 23 Minutes (professionals/myself)

25 Minutes (beginners/ intermediate)

Shea Moisture – 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Marc Jacobs Beauty – Genius Gel Foundation, 14 Ivory Medium

Beauty Blender Pro

Shea Moisture’s Coconut Oil was smoothed over my skin in one sheer coating, along with a very tiny amount of Marc Jacobs Beauty’s Genius Gel Foundation bounced on top of any blemishes or imperfections to even out my skin tone! The idea here is ethereal, not a cake face. You can add a blusher, or highlighter, but I felt the less used, the prettier!

Buxom Cosmetics – Full Bodied Lipstick, Mistress

Any medium toned pink shall work– I chose Mistress by Buxom since it has amazing staying power, and an in-between feel!

Mac Cosmetics – Eye Shadow Pro Pallet Refill Pan(s)

Brun (brows)

For a light fill-in, I smudged Brun across both my brows with a Morphe G11 brush! I like to begin with a few upward flicks, then switch into defining firm strokes.

Anastasia Beverly Hills – Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Pallet

Love Letter (all over lids, crease), Prima Vera (highlight)

Love Letter was dusted throughout my crease, and towards the roots of my upper lash lines with Morphe’s E22 Pointed Blender! I kept the shade smoked out, rather full of vibrancy and pigment. Prima Vera was applied to my brow bones, and on the inner corners of my eyes for a brightening effect.

Too Faced Cosmetics – Chocolate Bon Bons Pallet

Bordeaux (inner v); Sprinkles (lids)

I applied Bordeaux to the inner v’s of my eyes with a close blend really concentrated on the natural creasing my eye sockets make. Excess was taken across my lower lash lines! Sprinkles was smudged across my lids using my ring finger. Any light pink with shimmer will work :).

M433 Morphe Brush; Morphe E22 Pointed Blender

NYX Cosmetics – Jumbo Eye Pencil, Black Bean

Revlon – ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liner, Black Out

L’Oreal Paris – Voluminous Miss Manga Waterproof Mascara

Huda Beauty – Classic False Eyelashes, Sasha

Finishing things up, I glided Black Bean by Nyx Cosmetics across my waterlines, with Revlon’s ColorStay Liquid Liner across my upper lash lines for maximum flirtatiousness! Try to keep the liner perfect, and NOT smoked. Smokey liner will yield romantic vibes. Lash wise I coated my natural lashes with L’Oreal’s Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara, and applied Sasha by Huda Beauty to complete the tutorial! Sasha is a dramatic, yet natural style to guide those unable to purchase these lashes :).
