Lillee Jean - How To Apply Liquid Eyeliner Tutorial Beginners Makeup 2021
In under 5 minutes, here is a quick "REFRESH" on eyeliner.
Liner tutorials never get old! In fact, as time goes on, it's fun to share the different ways we adapt to trends, and, utilize them in everyday life. Cat eyes, foxy eyes, or even trends that shape our eyes more particular, eyeliner is a basic staple! See below for my beginner eyeliner video.
#1 Start Slow, and, Stamp Your Eyeliner On
It's best to start slowly, and very delicately. "Stamp" your liquid eyeliner on starting from either the center eyelid (right over your eye), or, the inner corner (tear duct). To draw one straight flick, stands unreasonable, and will lead to terrible troubles after. Go slow, and at your own pace.
#2 Clean Up Is Simple
Clean up is the simplest process! Either douse a cotton bud in micellar water, which aids in easily broken up liner, no tugs, or use a bit of makeup remover, oil-based, to gently melt away excess. The outer edge is the easiest part, it's the center lid, getting the proper crest, that defines your eye shape.
