Hi Jeaniez! Today I kick off my "top 5" series, which will feature my favorite and CANNOT live without products. In the case of this video, my top 5 holiday red lipsticks, with added top 3 lip liners!! For a red lip I look for depth, texture, and undertone. As for being neutral, my preference is either a super warm red, or staying neutral in base. It just "looks" better, plus it's universal!! HOPE YOU LOVE!!
